DST is not compatible with 32 bit systems. It works on both Mac & Windows machines running 64bit.

Check your download link and run the dst.pkg file. The dst.exe is for windows & dst.pkg is for mac.

Your Serial number is in your email. It came with the order confirmation and download link.
If you are missing yours, please first check spam and then reach out to support with your order number and details.

First check you have copied the correct serial. We recommend copy and paste. You will need an active internet connection.

Having a demo version really opens the plugin up to be cracked. We decided to offer a free 14 day return. So if you decide DST isnt for you, just reach out to support for your refund.
